"We stayed at Second Nature Belfast for three nights. The location was very convenient for shops and public transport. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and we had some great cocktails from the ground floor bar. All that said, I’ll likely stay elsewhere next time because I also noted very dirty walls and surfaces in our room, as well as some dirty crockery, and I didn’t think the room layout was especially well planned. "Although the hotel looked nice, the room was ridiculous. We got a family room which was supposed to have 3 beds. There was absolutely no room to walk around or put our stuff down. The air conditioning, TV and phone were all broken so it was a long hot night. There wasn’t even an iron in the room. You had to go to a room down the hall. The location was great but I wouldn’t go back."

"Lovely clean room, bar and outside area. Reception staff were less than enthusiastic. Was unable to upgrade as suggested in email and because it was booked through Expedia we were unable to change room to a river view even though there were rooms available. The outside terrace was lovely but no information about pre booking was sent to me and with the nice weather we as residents were only able to enjoy the outside space for a short while."
