"This hotel was great. The location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. The staff and communication was also very good. Only two draw backs were the beds were a little hard and if you are downstairs, people in the upstairs rooms make noise that transfer downstairs and is very loud. We had two rooms and in both rooms, the noise from upstairs was bad while we were trying to sleep. "A beautiful quiet spot, close to small towns and villages. An easy 15 minute drive down to Ponta Delagada and easy access to go east or west. Secure and off the road with a view of the ocean and rolling hills, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended."

"Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Wenn das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte, muss man am Vortag immer in der Rezeption die Reinigung anmelden bis 12 Uhr, ansonsten wird das Zimmer nicht automatisch gereinigt. Unsere Junior Suite ist renovierungsbedürftig. Der Wandschrank war schon stärker beschädigt und die Wasserarmaturen im Bad waren sehr schwer zu bedienen und quietschen laut. Die Vorhänge waren auch sehr schwer zu verschieben und klemmten oft. An der Rezeption war das Personal...

"Lovely quiet hotel in the centre of town. A buffet breakfast had all the requirements - coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, eggs and toast. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was exceptional and there was a bar area for a quick drink and lunch. Local restaurants were a short walk away and tours of the area picked us up around the corner. Small markets were close by to pick up a snack or drinks. Would highly recommend."
