"If you don't want to be near the centre, this is perfect. The manager is exceptional - and works long hours (but there isn't a permanently manned reception, so service may not be available promptly). Rooms are basic - no fridge, would have liked a filtered water dispenser in the hotel and I had to move to have a room with a desk and chair (not all have them). I can't fault the service or cleanliness. You can see the sea - on the horizon, between buildings- but it isn't on the beach."
"This property was hands-down, the most insanely relaxing spot we’ve ever been. It would be so easy just to never leave the property. The restaurant is incredible! It has a rooftop pool, swim up pool and cabanas that are available for any guests. There is a walk to a little market and it’s a very quick trip to town or the bioluminescence. Highly recommend 1 million stars!"

"El hotel está muy bien instalaciones. Tiene todo WiFi, Alberca limpia y un gran servicio. Solo la regadera me causo temas porque era mínima la cantidad de agua que salía. Otro punto es que está a 10 minutos caminando del centro. Si vas con niños contempla esa caminata. Si vas en pareja no tendras problema. Fuera de esos temas todo lo demás excelente y me dieron un servicio increíble para los tours. Todo resuelto, puntuales y sin contratiempos. Si lo recomiendo"

"Amazing place. It is very quiet but walking distance from the city centre and from the luminescence beach. There is a beach two minutes walking away of another hotel of the same owners that guests can use and there is a lovely bar/restaurant. The staff could not have been nicer and if I ever go back this will be my choice. My girlfriend and I had the Maya dinner in the hotel which we highly recommend."
