"I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. "

"Great apartment in a nice quiet part if Lewisham, very green and an easy bus/walk to Crystal Palace park, cafes/restaurants nearby, and a short distance to train connections. Easy, free, on street parking in the area. "

The space was small and the bed was in the loft space so the ceiling was very low. There was a small heater downstairs, but the space was pretty cold. "The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating , an early booking was not a problem . The bedroom was very clean and comfortable . The breakfast was very inviting and hot !! (temperature). Will definitely stay there a gain "

"Firstly let me state that all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and cheerful. They honestly couldn't do enough to make my stay a pleasant one. The room was spotlessly clean and I really appreciated the fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was minimal noise heard from other guests. "Check was good and front desk member very friendly. Room was a tad on the small side ( probably the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in) only access to the bed on one side and no bedside chest just a small shelf. We weren’t overly bothered as we literally only spent a few hours there. Read on other reviews that there was no tea/coffee making facilities so we took our own. Only 2 hangers provided and only 1 socket so if you both want to charge your phone this could be an issue. Room was clean, bed...

"Estancia perfecta, me encanta la fácil entrada independiente, sin recepción. Yo añadiría un centro de cocina eléctrico, ya hay frigorífico, microondas, todo para cocinar, por qué no añadir una placa eléctrica, mejor que cocinar en el microondas. También una cafetera de cualquier tipo. Aparte de eso, gran estancia!"
