"The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!"

"Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. "The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,...

"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"

"Stayed for two nights in room 1. Staff were fantastic. Lovely breakfast on both days. Nice meal sitting outside in the sun. The wi fi was very good which is important as the phone service is non existent in this area. The village is quiet and picturesque."

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack!
