"The minute you check in, they are courteous and helpful. Everyone was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and outside lounges were great. The breakfast was good with many varieties. About a 5minute drive to Publix and other restaurants. Nice location with a lake view. If we didn't live so far, we would come back."

"Cheaper version of an Aloft/Tru, etc...
Be aware, this is a 2 story building with NO elevator. 2 flights of steps. Clerk asked me if I am ok with the 2nd floor because they try to keep the first floor handicap accesible. Pack light.
Cheap decorations, but fine. The major issue with my room was moisture. The cold a/c air was not dry. It was like a humidifier.
Moisture coupled with the hypo allergenic pillows and mattress, stuff was just wet.
Glad I only stayed 1 night. I won't stay again."

"Overall good stay. Variety of breakfast items including some hot items: eggs, sausage, biscuits. Husband said the coffee was good! Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. "I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture.
