"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"The suite was spacious, which was a plus, but my boyfriend and I ran into several issues. The furniture wasn’t very clean, and the room lacked basic items like silverware and even a phone for contacting the front desk. The hallway outside was also quite dirty, with no vacuuming done during our week-long stay. Debris stayed on the floors, and maintenance didn’t seem to address it. The staff were friendly, and with better upkeep, this hotel could be a really nice place to stay."

"Booked a 1 bed delux but wasn’t available at check-in so upgraded to a 2 bedroom and was very happy.. these are basically like condos. So we ended up having a large living room, dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom had a king bed with soaking tub with separate shower and second room had two queen beds with separate bath. The property buildings themselves are older, but the inside was updated and very clean. Yes I would stay here again."
