"Me and my family stayed in the cabin we had a blast. The property was great the cabin was clean no issues. We stayed for the 4th of July and it was the best decision I’ve ever made I definitely recommend to everyone. The owners came and had a party by the lake and they was great. Had a slight grill problem and it was fixed right away. We will be back best decision my family made Delton oak resorts 10/10"

"Room was in need of repairs & dirty. The carpet was filthy, it turned the bottom my socks black. There was hair that didn't belong to us on the "clean" hand towel hanging next to the sink. One queen bed was busted in, extremely uncomfortable & squeaky along with hair on every single "clean" pillows & in-between the folded "clean" sheets that was someone elses. Both chairs& the couch busted in. Found a hair at the bottom of the queen bed we did sleep in, that belonged to someone else. The shower...

"You're limited to towels and I had to purchase my own toilet paper. There was no housekeeping the room were small but okay."

"Our room was with out hot water 2 of the 3 days we were there. Out toilet didn’t work and Jen asked to be moved management was rude and told me I could leave. This was holiday and birthday trip for my 2 sons. This ruined our trip"

"Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside has lake decor & is very nice. On-site bar/restaurant & we each were given a free drink with reservation. Very friendly employees. Hotel is easy to find your way throughout. Large pool & hot tub area - hot tub jets not powerful but was relaxing. The views were amazing from our balcony. Nice clean room - small bathroom but we are only there to sleep so it was fine. Nice area to walk - downtown is maybe a 5 min walk. Plenty of parking. Front desk...
