"The rooms and common areas were spotless and well maintained. The pools were outstanding, and the lazy river was a highlight. Poolside staff were attentive and quick with food and drink service. We did attempt to order room service, but since the items we wanted were from Eagles Edge, we had to pick them up ourselves. It was a short walk across the property, so not a big inconvenience. Overall, it was an excellent and relaxing weekend stay. Even with a few proms happening during our visit, it didn’t impact the guest experience at all."

"Hotel staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed dinner the first night at the restaurant. Breakfast delivery was a nice touch. We would have loved a place to refill water bottles. Overall, happy with our stay. The location is convenient to the state park. Quick drive to downtown Sebring."

"I have never stayed in a dump like this Ramada. Temp in the room was about 78 degrees and the air conditioner was set at 61. Real helpful. Rattled all night. No shelves in the shower or cleaning items. But they did have four small bottles on a shelf over the toilet. Three body wash and one conditioner. Thanks much for the shampoo. TV was junk. Frig didn't work. No elevator so thanks for letting me get my exercise by hauling all my bags up a not up to code stairwell. Parking lot full of dumpsters. Should have been used to just clean out every room in this dump."

"Was a far walk to our room, especially with lots of belongings but we will return if we go to Legoland Florida again. The app said free breakfast but the hostess seemed confused when I asked if the breakfast was a part of the rental. She seemed to ask the manager in the background and I did end up not being charged but I’m not sure if that’s because they just let it go? Don’t like how we can’t get our own food, it’s a waste when they put food on a platter that we don’t eat. Price was a good deal compared to the main Lego hotel."
