"The room was clean and comfortable! The only issue we had was the noise. We were in a room next to the stairs and could hear everyone walking up / down, talking, cars with loud music from the parking lot (Not the locations fault just something to be aware of! )"

"Clean room , staff was nice Hot tub was cold n pool was colder. The elevator broke down the last 2 nights of our stay seem like no one wanted to come in to look at it on the weekend. "

"Once you adjust expectations, it is a decent place. We arrived at night to a barely lit property and foyer furnished w/60's/70's furniture. Those made me nervous, but once inside the room, it was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff was very nice. "

"It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. "

"thin walls allowed us to hear our neighbors early in the morning. It was as if we were in the same room. Steam room was broken. The original room we had booked was a short drive away from the pool/ fitness area so we were given a room in the lodge. That was nice but didnt receive a refund for the difference in rate."
