This room is very close to the beach. There is plenty room for a group, WiFi, and a full kitchen. This property was convenient for my stay. It is also approximately 30 minutes from a large town with a shopping mall with a movie theater, and plenty of places to eat. There are some good places to eat and visit near the property as well.

This is in Freeport Texas. Freeport was flooded and abandoned. there is nothing there but boarded up store fronts. This is an old building with a locked front door. Read the special instructions you'll need them. I arrived late with a dead phone so I never made it in- might be lovely inside, outside not so much.

The loft was clean and really cute. Not much to do in the area, maybe it's off season. But, the beach was so clean and beautiful today. Brian's Beach was so nice. Would definitely come back

We stayed in unit C and arrived at 2:30 a.m. due to travel time. Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, easy to get ahold of! Since it was dark, seeing the unit # on the doors was tough we had to get out and walk to each one to check which unit was ours, but that was only because it was late and the door plates were small. I loved every single thing about the charm of this property. The exposed brick inside was my favorite thing about ours, pictures don't do it justice, very quaint, clean, a/c nice and strong and cold. We were so pleased. We'll absolutely stay there again if in the area. 10 stars!

Place was great for a short stay, really appreciate the asthetic and it made for the perfect rest spot in between planned activities - Only complaint we had was the poor temperature regulation in the loft itself. Seemed to struggle to keep the temperature below 85 which kept the two very loud indoor ACs running nonstop during the length of the visit

Convenient and Cheap but many things broken

The loft is affordable. It has all the basics. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the counter was too high. The plastic lining on the edge of the shower was weird and kept flaking. The track lights upstairs in the loft had several bulbs burnt out. The track lights on the stairs had 3 bulbs but only one worked. The lamp with the ceiling fan was very dim and had a remote, but the remote was not really working. The track lights on the left side of the kitchen completely burnt out during our stay and only one worked to begin with. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. There was only one paper towel roll for the entire stay. The drier made a loud clanging noise and fell apart as soon as I hit the knob. There were no extra sheets, towels, pillows, comforters. No outlets on the walls upstairs. A huge plant was on a coffee table but it was much needed space for cups, phones, keys. The tv had a basic setup and Netflix/Hulu/Vudu/ Amazon. The couch was comfy but was not a foldout twin, as advertised. The closet was huge but could have had a plastic bin with all the extras, as mentioned before. Hangers were old and wire, mismatched and thrown together. A set of hangers with different variations would have been great. Only one hand towel in the half bath downstairs and one dish towel in the kitchen. The kitchen did have the basics set up so it was convenient to be able to cook. Our stay at the loft was so great! Loft had everything we needed! The property is clean, quiet, safe and welcoming. We felt right at home. The communication with the host super easy, responds quickly and is super helpful! We will definitely come back!!

Started out good. Ended like crap!

The room was nice. It had some maintenance issues such as two light bulbs that were burned out. The refrigerator freezer leaked water into the lower compartment and looked to be beyond its service life. The small HVAC unit did not work. I assumed it was inoperable because I was left two space heaters and the remote seemed to do nothing. It was difficult taking a shower in the bathroom with out getting water all over the floor. If there would have been another shower curtain for the other side of the tub this would have not been an issue. The old downtown area of Freeport has some charm to it and seems very quiet and peaceful during the first part of the week. I stayed for four nights for work. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night was a completely different story. The so called pizza, bar, arcade joint across the square opens up on these nights and lord have mercy it is party central in the down town area. What really made my blood hot about my stay was the fact I could not sleep for two nights from 10PM TO 2AM because of the nightclub beat music that was blaring all night from across the road. Not to mention all the cars driving by with their boom boxes at full level all night. The room was decorated very nice and was comfortable despite the maintenance issues. I don’t know if the owners or the management are aware of the rave club atmosphere during the latter half of the week that goes on all night. My rating would have been been better if not for this issue.

We loved this property. We had a big family get together and there was plenty of space for all the kids to play property was stocked with games, darts, and shuffle board. The location was convenient only a few miles from the beach We had a a great stay and recommend this place to anyone with a big family! Thank you to the hosts

Love the area and the homey feel of the loft. I loved everything other than The loft I originally booked was supposed to have a washer and dryer in it. The one I ended up in didn't have one so it was an huge inconvenience to have to go to laundromat to wash clothes. It literally had everything else you'd need but that one necessity when staying somewhere long term.

Great off the path vacation spot. Not far from the beaches. Cute place, clean and everything was easy to access. Neat little downtown park and museum nearby. Check-in was easy.

It's personally run by a helpful, friendly man and his lovely sister. The lofts are all so unique and located in the quiet downtown. So close to the beach. It felt like we had the whole area to ourselves.
