"Staff was friendly and helpful , room was clean no issues with that parking was convenient . I didn't eat the breakfast I was on a fasting cleanse so it fell out of my eating window. "

"I paid for a suite expecting full amenities, but the experience was very disappointing. The property is in poor condition and lacked the amenities advertised. The website looks great, but it’s misleading—the reality is very different. The room had issues ranging from foul odors to a moldy bathroom. Staff also seemed unaware of room conditions or availability. Overall, not the quality I expected."

"No Breakfast the first morning, but we did get breakfast the last morning. Pool and jacuzzi was out of order. Disnt know until check out that we could go to the hotel next door. Housekeeping and front desk were cordial and professional. I do need you all to order more hand towels and bath towels and place at least an extra toilet roll or 2 in the bathrooms. Overall stay was a 6 "

"Nice, feels homey. Room was clean and definitely apt feeling. Fireplace outside not working, has food and ants everywhere. Front desk doesn’t know. Pool even though indoor was not heated and impossible to get in that cold. Again staff doesn’t know but says well some people use it. Makes sense since we did not see any for 3 days in pool. Trash left in hallway for those 3 days and never picked up. Laundry room dirty."

"We enjoy the cottages here. It’s convenient for us when we visit my college kid. Check in is easy, casino is nearby, cottages are clean, close to plenty of dining and shopping. Just note to self next time to bring an iron if you are one to iron your clothes. I guess RV goers may bring their own, makes sense. I think this will be a go to place if we don’t want the hotels stays. Maybe next time…we can actually bring our camper."
