"The inn is perfectly placed near the downtown area. We stayed in loft room and the view of mirror lake was beautiful. The staff was attentive and very kind. The breakfast buffet was good and offered some options. There is even a chance to have some host made chocolate chip cookies left in the main lobby. "

"Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in."

"I don’t think it was an exceptional stay like a lot of the other reviews stated. The heater is so loud when it comes on and it comes on a lot to maintain the 69-70 degrees we wanted. There were cob webs in the ceiling light and off the bathroom door.
In front of our entrance door there was a big hairball and it could have used some sweeping.
Would we stay there again probably not."
