"The freezer needed to be defrosted, badly. I left a watch charger there and they wouldn't send it to me. I had to arrange for UPS to pick it up and deliver it. (I live 5 hours away). Seemed pretty cheap onn their part. Especially after I paid for 2 days and only stayed 1."

"The hotel was everything you'd want. I arrived late and the night staff member warmly welcomed me and had everything ready. Basically, he handed me the room keys and I headed straight to the room. The room was clean and everything was in good repair. Breakfast was good with plenty of options."

Some of the accommodations they give you for the coffee was used by prior. Customers were never discarded by housekeeping and was just left in the same place. "The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Most of the guests live there as residents and hang out outside in front. Most of them are retired or near retired age. I found the residents to be polite and respectful during the quiet hours early in the morning and in the evening after 8pm. Though weird to see remote still in a clear baggie like from COVID days. The Netflix/Hulu buttons don't work, as thought could log into home account. No such luck. Staff day of arrival. Not friendly.
