"Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. "

"Elevator is very old & dirty and whole floor smelled like weed, the room itself was okay."

"Only the room was clean, everything else was dirty/messy and pretty beat up. There was a car up on jacks that guy was doing some major work on. And there's a lot of people just loitering around. The shower curtain was broken and the AC made a high pitched whining. Also we were next to the pool as you could hear the gate slamming shut every time."

"There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"

"The property was very clean, the room had a funny smell like bleach had been used, wondered if someone had been murdered in the room. Thin walls and creepy people hanging out in the parking lot after dark. Would stay elsewhere next time."

"Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again."

"They do not offer water or coffee in your room. They don't give you enough towels or have the lamps ready to be turned on. (Unplugged and not able to plug them anywhere without an extension cord)"

"Room did not have working shower and faucet. Staff promised maintenance in an hour but not fixed for our entire stay. No alternatives provided either. Room does not have a coffee machine and has a TV but no remote! In all poor experience."
