"Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room."

"Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe...

"I would like to file a formal complaint. Woke up this morning to an unusable backed up sink full of dirt and brown water. Had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. I complained to the front desk and they couldn’t do anything since we books thru you a third party. This is unacceptable. Very dissatisfied."

"Very clean bathrooms and casino floor is nice. Didn’t eat here except the late night pizza from the far end of the casino floor at the bar. I think they stayed open until 2am or something"

"The room was clean, the staff was customer friendly and the breakfast was good. Nice to have hot food for breakfast! Parking was plentiful, close and free which is awesome."

"Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers."

"I was disappointed with my stay at this Best Western Plus. The hotel felt somewhat dingy and not as clean or well-maintained as I expected. One of the biggest issues was a very strong curry-like odor throughout the property, including the hallways and common areas. The smell was noticeable during my entire stay and made the environment less comfortable. It also gave the impression that someone may have been living on the premises, which contributed to an overall feeling that the hotel was not...

"Adorable little hotel, only about a dozen rooms and unstaffed but quiet and discreet. Rooms are sheik and the beds are fantastic (like really comfortable). Probably the best part is the location, just a few miles from Union Station, the Jazz District, downtown and the WW1 museum with a great coffee shop across the street."

"It was a wonderful experience. For my son, the highlight was the sparkling water dispenser in the lobby!"
