Our room smelled of dog, our microwave didn’t work, the plug by the bed didn’t work and the shower curtain was covered in mold across the entire bottom. Minimum options for breakfast. "Needed a place to stay near the airport. Clean … .comfy. Everyone kind and helpful. We missed the scheduled airport van by a few minutes and a driver stepped in to take us. Nice bright, well equipped gym. Grabbed breakfast. The buffet was typical… but all well done. "

The only let down was the fact that I had requested adjoining rooms and or rooms in close proximity to one another days prior to my visit, yet upon arrival they did not have my request noted or taken into account. If not for Sonya, my needs and noted requirements would not have been met. I thank her for her much appreciated service and kindness. As well as the diligence and manner she went about accommodating us in the best she could....

"This place is awesome! It's cool that they renovated an existing historical building, and did such a good job. The rooms, while not large, are well appointed. The bathrooms are very well done. And don't get me started on the staff. Everyone we met, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back!"

"The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!"
