" Checking in on line was a waste of time. Room wasn’t very clean, tv missing channels Door of room lacked a proper deadbolt. "

"The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town."

"The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. "

"This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement."

"The first room we were checked into reeked of sewage or a funky smell, like it was lingering, or it had been there for a while. Once we addressed this to the front desk staff, they allowed us to moved rooms and the issue was resolved. In the New room, there was paint, chipping off walls, inside the restroom. "

"The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again....

"Slightly dated in areas but generally really pretty hotel (very weird set up though lol). I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the entire entryway floor of our room as sooooo sticky. Something was clearly spilled and not cleaned up well. It took me going over it twice with a wet cloth on my hands and knees to get rid of it. Overall the hotel appeared very clean aside from that. Breakfast was kind of disappointing. Our family came down to eat with 30 minutes left during breakfast to...

"Parking is always avaliable. The hotel is near many restaurants as well as gas stations. Staff is always nice and helpful and our room is clean and smells good! We stay often and never have issues! "
