"The room was very nice. We only stayed 1 night but it would be great for a longer stay with kitchen and storage amenities. It was clean and the breakfast was good. Convenient to walk to a few restaurants or the mall."

"The room was okay with a window air conditioner unit in it. We would always have to go downstairs for towels because housekeeping would skip our room. The lady at the front desk Mae was very rude on the phone & in person every time we needed anything. We had to go buy new pillows at Walmart because theirs were old & dirty. They shut the middle elevator off at night. Horrible!!"

"i tried to get some shampoo and body wash but they said they don't have."

"Very nice"

"Clean room and property. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close to food, gas and highway. TN State Troopers train at the hotel so you'll see a lot of State Trooper cars."

"The property and surrounding area were well maintained and well lit. The room was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thus is our third year to stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else."

"My stay at Hampton Inn was great. The only thing that I would love to see is upgrades to the gym. Dumbbells or another treadmill would be nice."

"Spacious rooms, very clean, and late check out was nice. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was so friendly."

"The staff at this property is amazing!! They’re all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast and all day available coffee is an extra bonus. I also enjoy the cats near the property!!!"

"Room average, staff helpful, breakfast and parking ok. I booked the hotel, when I got there they give me a key for the room and was occupied, There were no more available rooms, had to book a different hotel. Not organized hotel for sure."

"I felt the breakfast was not up to par."

"STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AWFUL FOOD, AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I travel frequently for business and have stayed at many hotels across the country. I can confidently say that my experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis/Germantown, located at 7784 Wolf Trail Cove, Germantown, TN, was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The biggest problem was the General Manager. I found him extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in...
