"Since new owners/managers took over last year, this location has gone down hill. We will be looking for a different hotel to cover our travel needs in Memphis."

"Rooms were clean, breakfast is exactly what you pay for. But the hotel had horrible management. Had an issue with my reservation, booked 2 nights by accident. They canceled my whole stay and charged me for the 2 nights. When confronted, they said they didn’t have my number to call me and tell me so, so they canceled my stay"

"The room was clean, but it did not have an iron, ironing board. I had to go buy an iron. The TV did not work. The room smelled like smoke after being informed that we had a smokeless room. I asked a staff member for something to spray in the room for the heavy smell of smoke. He indicated that he would bring it to the room, but he never showed up, "

"Great value for the room price. Excellent location. Clean, although my room had a damp smell. Staff present for a smooth check in. Disappointed no staff were present the two times I stopped in the morning. Breakfast area is clean and inviting. However, the food was subpar. Fruit was not fresh and the coffee lukewarm. I will stay at this property again and trust my experience wasn’t typical."

"Several items to note> 1. There was no place to plug the Coffee pot in. so i had to improvise with the power strip that powered the uwave and frig.. Not fun. 2. The toilet was made for small children, and flushed it self every 30min. Annoyoing! 3. the beds squeak and there was no back support. Uncomfortable! I would have complained, if your going to put in the worst room in the hotel then perhaps I should rethink my next stay,and go back to the Marriott."

"The hotel stay was is a very poor condition. Starting from the lobby, its smelly and has a lot of stains. Hallway smells are strong. Elevator was not clean and had stains as well. When we entered the room the comforters had stains, they were kind enough to change the room but the other was still OK. The coffee maker was placed inside of the bathroom. The sink had cracks, floor was looking years old. There was barely anything for breakfast, no eggs, fruits. Few loafs of bread, waffle tasted sour . I will not recommend this place to anyone."
