"Here’s a strong but professional Expedia review you can post: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was beyond disappointing. We booked this resort for a special mommy-daughter vacation and experienced issue after issue from the moment we arrived. Several advertised amenities were closed, including major water attractions we specifically booked for. Communication about these closures was extremely poor. Staff claimed guests were notified in advance, yet multiple families we spoke with said they had no idea either. Our room had multiple maintenance issues including a cracked bathtub, paint/chipping inside the tub, dryer problems, and plumbing disruptions during overnight hours. We also experienced delayed maintenance responses and inconsistent customer service throughout the stay. To make matters worse, accessibility requests for my mother in a wheelchair were not accommodated despite being communicated ahead of time. For the amount of money this resort charges, the lack of accountability, communication, and overall guest care was unacceptable. While Florida itself was beautiful and we made the best memories possible, the resort experience did not match the luxury pricing or expectations at all."

"Everything is so clean and spacious. My son ended up having an accident while he slept and they delivered fresh linens to me in the middle of the night. They also cleaned our room the next day, which I wasn’t even expecting. The breakfast was great, the bathroom is gorgeous, everything was wonderful. No complaints. Parking is convenient and the location has so much to offer. It took 15 min to drive to magic kingdom and just a few minutes to get to animal kingdom. The only constructive comment I could give the manager is that there is black mold growing in the washing machines. It’s a shame, because they are nice new Electrolux ones, but when people keep closing them after they do laundry, it will always grow mold. Maybe do a deep clean and then post a sign to leave washer door open after use. "

"We stayed at this resort to celebrate my son’s birthday, and overall we had a great experience. This is actually my second visit—the first time was when it was known as “Liki Tiki,” and now under Hilton it still remains a beautiful resort. The kids had an amazing time, which made the trip very special for us. We booked a three-bedroom suite with connecting doors, and the setup worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the resort appeared clean and well-maintained. The water park was enjoyable, and the pool staying open until 11 was a nice bonus. Check-out was also smooth and easy, which we appreciated. The only concern I had was with the kitchen area, which was not as clean as expected. I noticed breadcrumbs and food residue on the counters and dining area, which could definitely be improved. One thing to be aware of is the vacation club presentation they try to offer upon arrival. We weren’t interested, but for guests staying more than a couple of days, it might be worth listening since they mention perks like a cruise or gift card incentives. Despite a few minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay, and the kids had a wonderful birthday experience."

"Property is very large so lots of walking or calling for a ride. We were on the bottom floor next to the rode so sleeping was tough. We liked the main pool and the staff at Tiki Bar were top rate and very kind. Second bathroom the toilet had no hardware. Called office and they were there to fix it quickly but how does a maid who so called clean the place not notice that."
