Our only issue is specifically with Expedia over charging us $ 100. 2 night stay actual charge by hotel was $100 cheaper on my receipt. Contacted Expedia but they refuse to refund me the overage."

"Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable."

"What I appreciated most about this hotel was the comfort of the room and the lighting. I can't remember ever having a hotel room with such excellent lighting. All hotel chains should learn from Spark Hilton. Our aging population needs adequate lighting. Also the room utilized its wall space with numerous hooks for coats, bags, etc. It was a great and comfortable experience."

"The pool is the absolute BEST thing about staying here!! The rest of it was fine but the indoor/outdoor pool was the main reason we stayed at this hotel vs. others. They could have a handful more lounge chairs around the pool area but besides that it's pretty fantastic. About the rest of our stay: the toilet in our room would NOT stop running the entire time!! Super frustrating to listen to all the time. And I imagine that running water runs up the hotels water bill. Breakfast was written...

"Very quite and clean"

"Fairfield is a beautiful hotel, especially when compared to others in its class. The long rooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice...

"The staff was very friendly, We were there 4 nights and trash was emptied once and towels were never changed. Otherwise everything else was great. Breakfast was good too."
