"My son and I enjoyed our stay while visiting FSU. We only wish Best Western would stop serving breakfast on styrofoam plates and replaced travel size shampoos and soaps with more environmentally friendly alternatives. "

"Staff was patronizing when asked questions and accomodations especially after check-in. The room was not what the online pictures showed. Nevertheless, the room was filthy. The door stopper was not secured. No extractor in bathroom ceiling. There was rust in almost every metal surface and many indicators of mold. When this was brought to the attention of the manager/owner he didn't seem surprised nor concerned. Instead he stated that hotel was an ONE STAR hotel. Online I saw it was a TWO STAR. This man did not care about his guests' wellbeing, comfort, time, nor money. We paid around $70 for one night. On my way out of the place he told us, without being asked, that we didn't qualify for a refund because we had been there over an hour, but if were to call expedia they would get in contact with him and figure out from there. That guy needs that money to fix that place up. Cheers!"

"If you're ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in Tallahassee, the BOB Hotel is the one bright spot. Pet-friendly, wonderful breakfast options, delightful staff, an all-around marvelous experience!"

"Hotel was very clean, staff was nice. AC compressor started making a really loud noise at 11pm. They found another room for me and I was able to move. Breakfast area was very clean. I did not know there was a fee for parking - $26. Don't know if I overlooked it on hotels.com or if it's not mentioned. I would have selected another hotel with free parking that would have aligned with my budget."
