"Great location! Close to airport & freeways as well as multiple eateries. The only thing the bathroom sink didn't have a lot of counter space and there weren't too many hooks for towels/clothes."

"The hotel is clean generally well maintained although tile grout in bathroom is showing its age. There is poor to no cell phone coverage in the hotel. A hotel employee reported this was because of the nearby airport. I was told by a guest that only some carriers have a problem. The Courtyard charges $20/day for parking. Unfortunately that charge does not cover security or cameras for the parking area. We had $150 of gas siphoned from our vehicle. The facility was sympathetic, but made no offer of compensation for our loss. They did say that they would turn a claim into an insurance company. It’s been nearly two weeks and we haven’t heard anything from an insurance company or Coutyard by Marriott. If stay there park under a light by the front entrance and don’t expect help. "

"I had an incredibly distressing and unsafe experience at this property. I arrived at midnight to find my assigned room door standing wide open. An unidentified man, claiming to be "maintenance," was exiting the room. Upon inspection, the door frame was severely splintered and the strike plate was missing, making it physically impossible to lock or secure the door properly. ​When I requested a move, the only available rooms were either located next to a loud, unresolved physical confrontation in the hallway or were smoking rooms. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was forced to stay in a smoking room that smelled heavily of tobacco and had visible burn marks, as there were no other secure options. ​The property felt like an unsupervised extended-stay facility rather than a standard hotel, with residents loitering outside with personal furniture and loud arguments occurring in the middle of the night. Between the structural damage to the doors and the unauthorized person in my room at midnight, I felt completely unsafe. I have documented the damage with photos and am currently seeking a full refund through Expedia. Avoid this place if you value your safety and basic room standards."

"AC unit .ade the window runble loud. I either had noise or suffer with heat and a stuffy room. I wasn't able to sleep."

"It was good! Some of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast could be better. Coffee was extremely weak."

"There wasn’t much to cook with a couple plates and cups. Stayed 4day and only received housekeeping 1 day,I think every other day would have been more appropriate. Scheduled cleaning days are a bit much."
