"A very comfortable stay"

"Would not recommend if you would like a good nights sleep. Location good, amenities decent, however the walls and floor must be paper thin as you can hear everything from the guests next to and above you! Booked 4 nights and left after 3 as was not getting any sleep, apparently we had different guests above us every night and you could hear them banging and moving around till 2am then again at 6am. "Arrived in 30c heat. Property situated on ind.estate and easy to find. Appears newish. Simple design. Lots of car parking space. Lobby bright and airy. Lifts quick but small. Bedrooms small. On arrival I checked in and asked for a quiet room but was told rooms weren't designated like that, there was no time because the hotel was full and it would take too long. Big issue for us was already we have a claim from ParkingEye for a parking fine for an in and out on Friday 6/24 around lunchtime, obviously a scam since we arrived 6/21 and left on 6/26 as scheduled and the car details were in your system for all other in and out journeys without issue. "Nice location in quiet village which was very handy for silverstone park & ride. Plenty of parking. Nice room with hotel overall having an oldy world feel. Staff were very friendly accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was included freshly cooked with good range of choices.
