"This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. "It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. We stayed in the luxury king fives around and it was absolutely beautiful Would definitely recommend this room to anybody that wanted to have a nice wonderful Stay"

"The hotel was great! The lady at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless I put all my weight into it since it was warped. But other than that the location, parking and price were great. And thanks for the lemonade and cookies! We will stay again."

"The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times."

"We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot."

"Walkable to downtown area which is a big plus since traffic and parking in the area are always bumper to bumper and pricey, respectively. Friendly and helpful staff with a nice welcome gift of some waters. Great breakfast selection with made to order omelets. Lazy river could benefit from cleaning and an update to the 3 inner tubes that were on their last legs, though overall great property. And while not a characteristic of the hotel specifically, it was both thrilling and frightening to see...

"The hotel is off the main road through Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, despite the ongoing construction across the street. We walked to and from the hotel to the Aquarium, about 15 minutes. The park was easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous, and breakfast was the typical hotel fare. I would definitely stay here again."

"WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. Offer to help with EVERYTHING! It is truly an experience unlike any other resort/hotel I have stayed at. You truly feel cared about and valued. If you’re expecting a really big breakfast, that is the one thing you will not find. Parking is very pricey in downtown Gatlinburg and staying at this resort allows you to park for free. "Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel."

"Well, the location was real good. The building is old, but tolerable. The breakfast that was offered as a continental breakfast was less than desirable. They offered biscuit, gravy, powdered eggs and dry patty sausages and some kid cereal. You are better off eating somewhere else for breakfast if you want a hot breakfast.
