"Most of the people were very nice. Hats off to Chesley at the pool bar. Made my vacation wonderful and almost forget about the 25% of the staff who look miserable all day and never smile. Made me miserable just getting a drink from them , some even didn't change their facial expression EVEN after I tipped them directly. Hate to say this but I'm sorry , it's true. Of those 25% staff I didn't appreciate , 24.5% were women. Such miserable faces. I don't need that on vacation. Sorry to say this ,...

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"My ocean view cottage was perfect. I was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning for my 1 week stay. The staff was very attentive to my needs from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. I can’t wait to return."

"Staff very welcoming especially Melissa at reception and the security/Porter staff. Ocean view room was clean, lovely view. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty. Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the large number of cats that literally took over the dining area! It made for quite an uncomfortable experience and for someone who is allergic to cats - it was not a pleasant experience. Sadly, had I known prior about these cats I wouldn’t have booked this hotel - albeit everything else was...
