Billing issues. Just noticed today as i am going back over the summer bank statements. Booked through Hotels.com, was charged for two nights, then charged a night by the hotel. not friendly to work with.

It is the worst establishment that I Have stayed in, both of my daughter's played fas pitch softball and I sometimes felt like motel rooms were our home and I have been to some that were a 2j & to 5 *, but if they weren't as nice the property owners would have good attitude s & ho the extra mile for you

I was charged twice. There were cops at the hotel every night. The people who owned it weren't nice.

The toilet seat look like someone tried to burn it. I had to reclean the tub because it still had hair in it. Then one bath towel.look like it had red nail polish or something on it. I just went out an brought my own towel and rags. I also brought me a floor mat to put in the tub

Very clean
We were in town for a funeral the hotel staff was very nice and allowed us to check in a little early so we could shower and get ready. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was kinda hard but there is no place that sleeps like home. Good stay and would recommend!

The sheets was clean the heater worked good the room was straight I really enjoyed my good night sleep feeling comfortable and clean I will stay her again also good customer service

The rooms had ants and the pillows were really flat I woke up the next morning with a neck ache , but the heat , tv, microwave, and refrigerator came in handy

Do not go here!! First room was extremely dirty. Second day a huge water leak started in ceiling. We were moved to a room with no lock, no tv, holes burnt into ALL linens, smoke detector ripped out of ceiling with wires exposed and holes in walls. We were given a measly $30 discount

It was ok room was clean for the price ...the toilet wouldn’t flush right had to jiggle the handle to keep it from running on to the floor . Bed was comfortable

The staff was kind of rude. I saw a cockroach crawling down the wall. The only thing that was good was that I was refunded for one nights stay that I had paid for.

Stephanie made sure our visit was horrible. My son showed up for breakfast after we had a late arrival he’s only 8 and all he was asking for was a glass of juice and Stephanie refused him anything because we were 11 minutes late. The breakfast was still out and plenty was still available but she wouldn’t let us go anywhere near the food or drinks. Then rushed us out of our hotel room 1 hour and a half early trying to pretend like we were a late checkout. The housekeeper wouldn’t leave us alone while we were trying to load our car. Cleanliness of the room was horrible. The bathroom was so gross. With a dirty room and staff that treats you poorly don’t understand how this hotel is still in business. I will not stay here ever again.

no hot water entire stay , after several requests and several assurances it would be on...nothing . tried to speak with general manager, was told , he is out of town.asked for a percentage to be taken off my bill ,guy said he would give me cash back then said , i would have to talk to travelocity. the rating of 3 stars is an outright lie. the wifi was sub-par, could not get any work done
