"Because the hotel only does housekeeping every other day I kept running out of coffee pods for the Kuerig and had to get them from front desk. Also had to go to the restuarant to get sweetner and creamers. Black out curtains also still let light in around the edges, pretty irritating. But the hotel was nice, clean, and the staff helpful. Location is great. Wish the parking could be cheaper for hotel guests."

"My room was unexpectedly upgraded from a king to a suite. The service staff from front desk, bell hop, house keeping and valet staff were all extremely attentive,professional and personable. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. The room was clean and nicely designed a spacious. A concern was one of the two sinks in the bathroom was very slow to drain and the body cream and soap dispensers need to be refilled generously. Was not so impressed with lunch at Chez because there was no fish option and the soda was not from a can/bottle. Overall I would return."

"The building itself was beautiful, clean and i absolutely loved the hotel smell ! Staff was kind, warm and hospitable! Parking was easy to come and go as I pleased. The only drawbacks were: The laundry room of 1 and 1, smelled terrible. Like mildew and dirtiness. The air conditioner vent was extremely noisy and it was hard to stay asleep, as it was very loud screeching noise. You can also hear starting at 8 am, banging, each morning as though work was being done in the room next door. The refrigerator did not work, it did not get cold. There was only tea cups, not coffee as advertised. We love Sonesta just wished it wasn’t so noisy! Thank you :)"

"Property is kid friendly and has a nice lobby. Space. Rooms are spacious when traveling with the family. Front desk, staff were super nice and helpful happy and excited to greet customers. Every staff member interacted with had a smile on their face and made me feel welcome."
