"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is 2.5 stars at the most. The room had a musky smell and was very dark and small. The bathroom was terrible, see photos. Its like a motel bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom (see photos) and tiny shower. The toilet seat lid keep falling on my back while seated on the toilet seat. And no breakfast option since there is no restaurant onsite. The reception staff was also very unfriendly during checkin (Katie) The only positive to his hotel is the location. But not worth it!!"

"Everything was very good. Very clean, nice, quiet room, great location, friendly staff. Only thing to find fault with is breakfast in the in-house restaurant is quite expensive- but not unexpected for a downtown location and plenty of good options near by."

"Don’t stay here. We got in late from the airport, we waited for the hotel shuttle for 45 minutes and no one came. We had to get on a shuttle to rent a car at 11:30 at night. We got to the hotel and I told them I was checking and they said they were booked. I showed her my confirmation and I called the same day to confirm my stay. Once my husband started calling different hotels they suddenly had a room for us. They did not communicate anything to us at all just whispered to each other. There was no parking, the room was disgusting. Shower head was coming off the wall, the bed sheet had stains everywhere, sink didn’t drain. This hotel is older but it doesn’t even look like they cleaned or keep up with it at all. "
