"The location of this property is PERFECT if you like being within steps of cool restaurants, quaint coffee houses, shopping and all the sights. The hotel felt like a sanctuary from the moment I walked through the doors. Check-in was a breeze. Priced so reasonably I upgraded myself to a suite. It was larger than expected and impeccably clean. We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly. The room was clean and decorated more modern/fresher than the photos showed. The photos made the rooms look so yellow but it was more neutral, like a light...

Kimpton had a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us along with a card congratulating us on 13 wonderful years. Whether booking direct or through another platform, they’re always spot on. "

"Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Ritz for 2 nights and it was amazing. Perfect. The check in process was quick and Bettina was so friendly. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant (open til 11pm)and bar open til 1am. Our deluxe king room was so nice with a city view. The location is perfect and we could walk to so many restaurants.
