"Mon séjour était fantastique et agréable. Il y a vraiment rien à dire hôtel magnifique personnel, magnifique propre, un accueil au top des chambres spacieuses, une piscine extraordinaire qui donne sur une merveilleuse plage un petit déjeuner copieux, j’ai séjourné trois nuits dans cette hôtel en famille, j’étais traité comme un pacha, j’ai adoré, je recommande, je reviendrai avec plaisir. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Bayou. Staff were amazing. Room was clean with all the facilities (including kettle & iron board for those insane people who like to iron on holidays). Breakfast was great, both western & malay, different options everyday, including omelette station. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and duty free. Only slight downside was pool is wading only... but that is the only minimal. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lokasi Pantai Cenang yang sangat bagus untuk rekreasi pantai dengan jarak yang dekat dari Airport. Sepanjang pantai Cenang hotel ini merupakan bangunan baru. Mempunyai kolam renang menghadap pantai dengan maintenance yang sangat baik, ada lapangan volley pantai sore bisa bermain dengan staf Hotel. Area dekat dengan banyak Duty Free Shop, fastfood."

"Everyone is very happy and friendly. There are staff constantly cleaning the public areas. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is open great hours 8am - 8pm. "Check in cepat, tapi sampai di kamar mandi tidak ada handuk keset kaki sehingga kalau keluar langsung basah lantai tanpa karpetnya. Telpon tidak hidup sehingga harus turun ke lobby yang cukup jauh dan keset kaki baru datang setelah 3x minta disertai omelan waktu permintaan ke 2x dan perlu waktu sekitar 3 jam prosesnya sehingga handuk mandi yang harus dijadikan keset kaki terlebih dahulu.
