"Check in cepat, tapi sampai di kamar mandi tidak ada handuk keset kaki sehingga kalau keluar langsung basah lantai tanpa karpetnya. Telpon tidak hidup sehingga harus turun ke lobby yang cukup jauh dan keset kaki baru datang setelah 3x minta disertai omelan waktu permintaan ke 2x dan perlu waktu sekitar 3 jam prosesnya sehingga handuk mandi yang harus dijadikan keset kaki terlebih dahulu. "Wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back! We had an amazing time at this hotel and would come back. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always helpful, whether we had questions, needed information, or just a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile and great service :) The breakfast selection was fantastic, varied, fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. "Personne a la reception pour nous accueillir, connaissant l'etablissement je suis alle a l'autre reception pour signaler notre presence, apres 5 mn d'attente supplementaire 4 personnes sont arrives et la verification de notre resa a commence et encore 1/4 d'heure pour avoir la clef. Pareil pour le petit dejeuner. Il y a manifestement un probleme avec les resas. Sinon l'hotel est propre et calme."
