The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s. "The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. "In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "
