"For the price, the hotel did not stand up to other properties. Very little in the way of dining. The AC in our living room did not work. Maintainence came but didnt fixed it, left a fan insteas. Temperature was at the consistent 27 C our 3 day stay. Parking off site. Location of hotel was near points of interest and restaurants. Staff was helpful."

"Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Room is well sized and tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. Have to mention that the bathroom was beautifully designed. "We visited again after a few years to celebrate our anniversary at the hotel we got married in. We arrived early via the park and ride bus which stops outside and left our bags at reception. When we returned, check in was quick. The room was lovely and spacious and the shower was great. Breakfast was lovely. We will definitely return."
