"Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff."

"This was a nice place to stay in Bath. 15 minuted walk from the train station and within walking distance to everything else as well. The room was very clean, the staff were nice, and the food was good. We stayed for two nights and had nothing to complain about. We visited Bath during an English heat wave and the air conditioning in the room was absolutely perfect. Would come again."

"A very beautiful and unique hotel in a spectacular area just away from the tourist drag of Bath city center. The hotel has alot of character and period decor. Its an old hotel, so the heating was nit on, understandibly so as it was May. The plumbing is also not updated, so there is a hot tap and a cold tap at the sink. The facilities are adequate for a shorter stay. The hotel is being upgraded, so there was alot of noise above us for our 2 night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Room is well sized and tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. Have to mention that the bathroom was beautifully designed. "Lovely b&b just minutes away from the heart of Bath. The staff were lovely and our room was spacious and super comfortable. We even had air conditioning! Breakfast in the morning had a wide selection and was good. I would highly recommend!"

"We visited again after a few years to celebrate our anniversary at the hotel we got married in. We arrived early via the park and ride bus which stops outside and left our bags at reception. When we returned, check in was quick. The room was lovely and spacious and the shower was great. Breakfast was lovely. We will definitely return."
