"I was given room 212 first and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff switched me to 204, and it was much better. Beds were so-so for comfort, 2 small worn out pillows were ok. Otherwise I got what I paid for - somewhere to stay/sleep for 8 hours."

"The staff was very professional. However, they only do housekeeping every three days unless you need something and requested. We made it more toilet paper, but the person who cleans the rooms didn’t understand because they only spoke Spanish. Finally, after 10 to 15 minutes, we got her to understand what we need it. The breakfast was not what we expected. There were cold eggs that you skin could warm up in a microwave, no bacon. It was just a few strips left over and 3 link sausages that weren’t cooked all the way. Breakfast was served late. I did eat a raisin bagel and had a cup of coffee left over in the decaf container. That was enough for me. The breakfast was served late, but there was not enough food that was brought out for the guest. Some of the staff were fixing plates and taking them."
