He had his receipt for his stay, but still was questioned about his name, and someone came into his room at midnight the first night, but said it was an accident. When he went to checkout the staff were unable to print him a receipt of his stay This was his second time staying here but the first time he had so much trouble during his stay. Please do better!"

"As this property is pet friendly, our room unfortunately smelled like dog. We found the nightstand had not been cleaned behind in awhile and there were cobwebs in the room from the ceiling. One of the beds was missing a pillow. However, the toilet and shower area was very clean. Overall it was sufficient for a night's stay."

"First room we checked into was clean. We were surprised that there was no actual closet. there was an issue with the TV not connecting so they offered to move us to a different room on another floor, which was very nice of them, but that room had the same TV issue, but the maintenance man was able to fix that the next day but also no closet, just hanging hooks or something which is weird. but the night before we checked out, there was a very foul odor coming from the bathroom, like sewage smell....
