"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Customer Service! We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. "Breakfast is nothing good. Continental at best. Beds need more cushioning. Door must be slammed hard to close properly. Room was clean though. Check in online was quick."

"Very nice property. My only disappointment was that I was charged for parking. Not valet. I was charged to park my own car in an open lot."

"Convenient location for Cartersville business. Easy access from the Interstate. Many good restaurants in town."

"We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor swimming pool. It was freezing and we could not swim in it. That was our only dislike. The rest of the stay was wonderful. The room was spacious, TV nice size, the bathroom was fantastic with all the little extras like hooks to put your towels on, a small shelf in the shower and shelves to place all your toiletries."

"very clean and convenient."

"Luxurious shower, Super Clean!, and great breakfast. Room is well appointed with bowls, utensils, etc. The breakfast eggs were made to order by a friendly cook. I had an omelet. It and the bacon and eggs were delicious. We will definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, wonderful staff, great breakfast. Definitely will stay again if in the area."
