At first, we assumed it might be because there were no windows, so we left the fan running while we went out. However, when we returned several hours later, the smell had become much worse and had spread throughout the entire room, resembling old drain water. As a result, we had to be moved to another room, causing us to miss our lunch reservation. Unfortunately, the issues continued in the second room....

"The resort was an amazing weekend retreat. The amenities were amazing with the 3 hot spring pools ranging 80-130° that were open 24/7 My partner and I stayed for the weekend and used everything we had access too. The serenity is enhanced by the foliage and flowers surrounding the outdoor pools. Will definitely comeback for a refresh soon."
