"The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. "

Upon arrival, we walked into the lobby with our dog, Coopie, to check in and were immediately yelled at by multiple staff members. "The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer "

"It was just OK. I decided to upgrade myself from one of the other hotels but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. Very expensive breakfast so myself like many others were walking around with our Starbucks cups where most seemed to head off to for breakfast. Pool bar was always closed, same for closed off fire pits etc that you see in the photos. There was one bar of soap in the room.
