"Beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to the 41st flr one bedroom plus a den. The unit is bright, spacious and well-appointed, the kitchenette, washer and dryer are a bonus. The pool, gym facilities and location are fatastic too. The only downside was the power kept tripping the first 2 days causing no hot water and the toaster didn’t work only to find out it was the toaster that tripped the hot water tank! Their action was prompt but took several calls to finally know the cause. "

"The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). "Wonderful Property and Exceptional Management I had to check in around 1:00 AM due to a delayed flight, and there was an issue with the access card. Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access.
