"the location is good, the staff who help me in check-in is nice and helpful guy, but the hotel service is not good, there's no remote TV in the room, because our flight is delayed, so we arrived late at the hotel then after put our luggages we went out for dinner, later when came back, we cant find the TV remote, so we called and asked for it, waited for 40 minutes nobody came and we called again and the lady said it's on the way, waited again for 1 hour and still nobody sent the remote, so...

"If I could give zero stars, I would. We traveled from the USA with a group of eight guests. Our booking clearly stated a 2-bedroom suite with four queen beds. However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved. Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon....

"Room had a breathtaking floor to ceiling view. The room looks great in the photos but disguised persistent noise from the giant generators underneath floor 9. Non stop - like being on a plane. Difficult to find the check in office despite a bombardment if messages, especially when dragging suitcases. Lifts constantly in use and looked really rundown, as did the entrance floor area. Breakages in the room. Shower door could t close due to shower head hanging too low. Everything was too much...
