I have been there 3 times and the towels are dirty (stained), the shower floor slimy, the floor filthy dirty & I’m pretty sure the sheets unchanged bc I don’t have black hair. Aka, housekeeping isn’t doing their job. Also, expect a back ache with there “flat as a pancake” pillows. The heat/ac work well, the fridge is cold even if exterior is rusted & the TV works. If you catch it at the right time, there is good hot showers too. "

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. "I stayed in room #209 and the bathroom was ridiculous. The toilet was very small and look like it was made for a toddler. Each time I sat on the toilet it moved and felt as if it was going to detach from the floor. I’ve never seen a toilet so small, I’m in my 60’s and have traveled the world extensively but this toilet was shockingly little. The tub was also very small. "There’s a reason this place is inexpensive. It’s under major Renovations……everywhere. Expect to see dumpsters, piles of trash, fragments of glass in the yard & dirty carpet in the halls. I paid extra to be poolside - what pool? Never refund fed the extra money either. However, once you step into the rooms, they are updated with modern amenities, nice and clean.
