"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester."

"First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky. "Bathroom was quite tired looking, cracks and flaking paint and smelled a bit of drains. The curtains weren't big enough to cover the full length of the window so when they shut in the middle there were big gaps at each side. When another party in my booking tried to check-in later they were told by staff there was no room booked in their name, and then were given a room key to someone else in the bookings room, only to find out when they opened the door and the person cried out to let them know...

"I had a really lovely stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and felt safe, with everything I needed nearby. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. "We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...
