"First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky. "The score is aimed at Expedia. Though the staff comment it for the Ainscow. My room was cancelled, but this was via a call from the United States and felt like a scam. Why the app was not used first I do not know. To make it worse Expedia staff lied to the reason saying there was 'maintenence'. The first call late Wednesday after on, I could not understand the operators English and asked for contact via the Web page/app or an email. The email which was sent asked me to ring a US number....
