But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "Okay for a night by the airport. Taxi from dmk was 175 baht. Bathroom had a drippy faucet and leak on the floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Food and market across the street. "
