"With the building of the new stadium getting in and out of the parking lot was horrible. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was a normal free hotel breakfast. "

"This location was perfect for my one-night stay. I needed a hotel relatively close to the Pinnacle concert venue on Exchange Place. I was able to walk there and back in 15 or 20 minutes. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and nicely furnished and the staff were accommodating."

"The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and personal products. The ac was cold and ran well. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. He handled multiple calls requesting transport to & from the airport while we waited to check in. Efficient & courteous. He gave dinner recommendations as well. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming however. There was a waffle machine ( yay) but the eggs were cold enough that we had to warm them up in the microwave to eat them. The seating in the breakfast nook was also strange as the chairs were too big for the tables so we had to sit at an angle. All in all it’s a well run, clean hotel and we would stay here again when passing thru Nashville."

"Property is beautiful but SO expensive. In hindsight we would have been better off staying closer to downtown Nashville so we could Uber less. The beds weren’t comfortable and it was tight living space for 4 people and all our stuff. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Make sure you can stomach flushing a $100 bill before you go to make sure you are ready."
