"100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better."

"Fantastic stay in Sand Club apartment, thank you. Everything was great, very clean, well provisioned and convenient, and close to decent amenities. Good shower and plenty of towels and dish cloths. Good bed and bedding. Slight drain smell in bathroom but cleared when we opened the window. Pool was clean and a good size but was, unfortunately, freezing, but then it is December! "I’ve traveled extensively but this hotel was incredible! Immaculately clean, room was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Affordable but the food was amazing! The only thing I want to mention is the walk to the ocean. Although only 1/2 mile, you have to go down 246 steps and if you’ve got bad knees it could be challenging. A cab ride down is about 5 euro. Worth it! "

Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out.
