"We enjoyed our trip and the kids corner is amazing amenity"

"Nos toco ir octubre 2026, la app no aviso que el hotel estaba en remodelación y solo habia una alberca habilitada y solo habia 3 restaurantes abiertos, el bar tambien cerrado, por ende habia demasiadas personas, en areas comunes y los tiempos de espera en cada restaurante en ocasiones pasaba de 1 hora. "The hotel is in a nice location, I was very fortunate to have been there."

"This all inclusive resort was amazing!! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent trying anyway to make your stay over the top. We stayed in the club tower and our room was fantastic! Restaurants and food was excellent with great choices. Pools were clean and great temperature. Towels were constantly available! Service from the staff was outstanding day and night. The only set back was the lack of chairs around the pools. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ian and Laura"

"Everything was amazing"

"too much construction not what it looks like on pictures"

"Amazing time! The construction was a bit irritating when laying at the beach trying to relax"

"Todo excelente"

"They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years."

"loved it"

"There was construction being done during my whole trip. Waking up to a jack hammer at 8/9am is not what I consider relaxing or what I am looking for on vacation. The bathroom floor flooded with every shower. I would never go back to this property"

"Personal amable, muy bonitas vistas. Tranquilo, privado. Cómodo y agradable"

"Clean property, and great staff!"
