"Loved our stay at the Mandalay Bay! The rooms are very clean, updated and spacious. LOOVE the floor to ceiling windows, you can't get a bad view!! However, the pool is obnoxious trying to charge $200 for an umbrella in the 110 degree desert heat...criminal.
However, the staff was amazing, great restaurants, loved putt putt gold at Swingers and the convenience to other hotels is great. Would stay again...just not got to the pool. Also, the fitness room is nice (better than Aria's)."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I have stayed here before but this time was not a Wow for me….the room was not vacuumed and kitchen cabinets had previous guest trash… it took 3 days for this to be addressed. Fridge not cold and did realize that although there is a kitchen guesses have to pay extra for plates and cutlery? Also, although it may be customary in LV not to have DoorDash or UBER eats delivery… it would have be great if someone shared that… my food was trashed and was not reimbursed… would have been easy to notify us...
