"We loved the location, surrounded by restaurant choices and an easy walk everywhere. This is a bustling city neighbourhood, with the energy that comes with it. The unit is compact, bright, a walk-up and well equipped (kitchen/bath stuff). The bathroom sink is small, but we got used to it. We parked in an underground garage that was about a 15 minute walk away. Would stay here again."

"This is one of the most unique hotels I've stayed at in Montreal. It's located in an old home on a busy commercial street in downtown Montreal so if you want to open a door and sit a floor or two above the street and watch the flow of the pedestrians this is it. The balcony room I booked was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel has a little snack station with free nutrition bars, coffee machine and microwave... although in room coffee machine is also available. It's a short walk...

"The property is in an excellent position in the vibrant Plateau area - close to a variety of restaurants , shops and sights including Mont Royal but what makes the Hotel Kutuma stand out is the staff- always welcoming and helpful- even to the point of standing out in the rain, so you don’t have to , awaiting your taxi. "I booked this property because of the reviews and the proximity to my daughters graduation place.It stated it was a 5min walk that was not correct. It was a 15-20 min drive. When you get there you enter through a restaurant which is weird they state it’s a Michelin star but no one there we thought we were in the wrong place.
